How early should I place an order?
Allow 3–5 days for simpler designs, 7–10 days for custom themed cakes and 3–6 weeks for tiered or wedding cakes. Earlier is always safer for popular dates.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery can be arranged within Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur and selected Klang Valley areas. The fee depends on distance, timing and cake size. Large tiered cakes may require dedicated setup or venue delivery.
Can I send a reference image?
Yes. Reference images help communicate the style you like. The final cake may be adapted to suit serving size, budget, available materials and Ministry of Cakes’ own finish.
Can dietary requests be accommodated?
Ask before confirming your order. Requests are considered case by case. The kitchen may handle dairy, eggs, gluten and nuts, so complete allergen isolation should not be assumed.
How is a booking confirmed?
A booking is secured only after the design, quotation, collection or delivery plan and required deposit have been confirmed.
